We are currently hiring for experienced DAS Technicians across the US. This role requires 100% travel, and is a field-based role. This is a 6 month contract position with our customer, a leading telecommunications company. This position will be part of their in-building team to perform DAS installations.
- What You Will DoDAS installation in both carrier and public safety spaces
- Understand different OEM and connection types
- Troubleshooting
- Line sweeping and PIM testing
- Fusion Splicing and Fiber testing
- EMT installation
Education and Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid is a plus
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
- Able to travel locally within the customer region as much as 100% of the time. Possibility to travel out of state to other customer locations as much as 75% of the time.
- Clear driving record + valid driver's license
- Previous experience performing DAS installations
- Previous experience with fiber splicing
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly $20-28/hr depending on experience (Non-Exempt)
